Meditation to heal the damage of the China-Nepal border floods
On the morning of Wednesday, August 26th, a major glacier-rock landslide in the China-Nepal border region triggered catastrophic flash floods and mudslides. This affected Rasuwa and Nuwakot districts in Nepal and Gyirong County in Tibet, China.
A
substantial portion of a glacier snout collapsed at high elevation and
crashed into the Lhende River, generating a debris-laden flood that
overflowed the banks and raced downstream.
This
caused significant damage to communities along the Himalayan border in
both Tibet and Nepal, destroying roads, buildings, bridges, hydropower
facilities and border infrastructure.
As of
August 28th, there are approximately 470 confirmed deaths. Another 1,400
people remain missing, including hundreds of foreigners from India and
other countries.
A major concern now is the
risk of additional flooding downstream. Debris from the original
landslide has formed barrier lakes where water continues to collect and
rise. These lakes have begun to overflow, prompting a temporary halt to
rescue operations.
Therefore, we
suggest the following meditation to provide energetic support to the
affected areas in China and Nepal, so that the emergency situations
caused by this landslide and its aftermath can be healed and resolved as
quickly as possible.
We will do this meditation every 4 hours in the next 3 days at the following times:
- 12:45 AM UTC
- 4:45 AM UTC
- 8:45 AM UTC
- 12:45 PM UTC
- 4:45 PM UTC
- 8:45 PM UTC
Here is the current interval time schedule for selected time zones:
After that, we will do this meditation daily at 11:45 AM UTC.
You
may also do this meditation at other times and as frequently as you
wish, or include this in the Emergency Meditation daily at 2 PM UTC.

Instructions for this meditation: (suggested duration is 15 minutes)
1. Use your own technique to bring yourself to a relaxed state of consciousness
2.
State your intent to use this meditation as a tool to bring healing to
situations in all areas in China and Nepal affected by the floods.
3.
Invoke the Violet Flame from its primary source to place a circle of
protection around you during and after the meditation. Ask it to
transmute anything that does not serve the Light.
4.
Visualize a pillar of rainbow-colored Light, emanating from the
Galactic Central Sun and then descending down through your body and deep
into the center of the Earth.
5. Visualize
this Light flowing through your heart and then through your hands
directly to all the people in the affected areas of China and Nepal.
Visualize this Light providing energetic support to all the workers and
volunteers participating in the cleaning and restoration of damaged
buildings and infrastructure and in the collection of emergency supplies
for those in need. Then, visualize this Light removing obstacles and
complications in all areas for the fastest possible reconstruction and
restoration of the affected areas in China and Nepal. Let this
rainbow-colored Light then flow onwards throughout all the areas
affected by the flooding and balance the water levels of all rivers and
tributaries and prevent further landslides.
6.
Ask the Goddess presence (the Divine Feminine) to direct energies of
compassion, comfort, peace, and harmony to all people in the affected
areas of China and Nepal who have suffered material damage, lost
property or their relatives, or are still missing their pets, giving
them new strength and hope. Let these energies then flow onward
throughout all the areas affected by the flooding and harmonize all
energy patterns of the population after experiencing this weather
disaster. Visualize these Goddess energies inspiring the entire
population to help in any way they can. Allow these energies to continue
to flow through your heart and then through your hands into these
situations for a few minutes. Visualize there is no further flooding in
the affected area of China and Nepal, and people can get back to normal
as soon as possible.
Goddess wants peace, and peace it shall be.
