On May 27th, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz announced that Ukraine can now use German-supplied long-range weapons to strike military targets inside Russia, lifting previous range restrictions. This aligns Germany with the UK, France, and the United States, which have also removed similar limits. On April 22nd, a terrorist attack occurred in Pahalgam, Indian-administered Kashmir, where 26 people were killed.
