Meditation to help the people in North Carolina

In late September, Hurricane Helene caused widespread destruction and fatalities across the South-eastern United States.  The storm caused catastrophic rainfall-triggered flooding, particularly in western North Carolina, eastern Tennessee, and southwestern Virginia, alongside spawning numerous tornadoes.  Over 200 deaths have been attributed to the storm. Also, thousands have been displaced, and entire towns have been swept away.
