Urgent meditation to stop the monkeypox outbreak every 4 hours
Over the past two weeks, an outbreak of Monkeypox has occurred in many countries.
On May 7th, the very first case in the western world in 2022 was confirmed in the United Kingdom.
Since then, 87 cases have been confirmed worldwide and 57 are under investigation.

Current information suggests that monkeypox can be spread through:
- touching clothing, bedding or towels used by someone with the monkeypox rash
- touching monkeypox skin blisters or scabs
- the coughs or sneezes of a person with the monkeypox rash
There are reports that many countries would purchase vaccines for the monkeypox virus.
This may sound familiar to the Coronavirus pandemic.
A
document by Nuclear Threat Initiative published in March 2021 showed
that an exercise is planned in May 2022 to model a global monkeypox
pandemic in which half the planet becomes infected.
From this document, it is pretty clear that the Cabal wants to engineer another global pandemic.
Although,
it is quite unlikely that this monkeypox outbreak will spread into
another pandemic, a meditation is very much needed.
Therefore, we are going to organize a meditation every 4 hours to stop this monkeypox outbreak.
This urgent meditation will be done at the following times:

- 9:45 AM UTC
- 1:45 PM UTC
- 5:45 PM UTC
- 9:45 PM UTC
Please also feel free to do this meditation as frequently as possible at other times.
Here are the instructions of this meditation: (Suggested duration of this meditation is 20 minutes)
1. Use your own technique to bring you to a relaxed state of consciousness.
2. State your intent to use this meditation as a tool to shift the planet into the most optimal timeline and as a tool to completely remove the monkeypox outbreak.
3. Visualize a pillar of brilliant white Light
emanating from the Cosmic Central Sun, then being distributed to
Central Suns of all galaxies in this universe. Then visualize this Light
entering through the Galactic Central Sun, then going through our
Galaxy, then entering our Solar System and going through all beings of
Light inside our Solar System and then through all beings on planet
Earth and also through your body to the center of the Earth.
4. Visualize this Light transmuting all remaining monkeypox virus on Earth, disinfecting all infected areas on the planet, healing all patients, removing all fear associated with this epidemic and restoring stability.
5. Visualize the course of events on planet Earth shifting into the most positive timeline possible, shifting away from all epidemics, away from all wars, away from all global domination. Visualize white, pink, blue and golden Light healing all inequalities, erasing all poverty and bringing abundance to all humanity. Visualize a new grand cosmic cycle of the Age of Aquarius beginning, bringing pure Light, Love and Happiness to all beings on Earth.
