Heavy rainfall has been affecting most of Burundi over the last month, causing floods, landslides, rivers overflow and a significant rise in the water level of Lake Tanganyika. In the morning on Wednesday, April 3rd local time, a strong Magnitude 7.2 earthquake struck Taiwan at a shallow depth of 15.5 km. Heavily armed gangs have taken control of almost the entire country. Four thousand inmates were broken out of the two biggest prisons of the Haiti, and police stations are on fire. As he attempted to fly back to Port-au-Prince last Tuesday, he was prevented from landing by gang attacks on the airport.
