Heavily armed gangs have taken control of almost the entire country. Four thousand inmates were broken out of the two biggest prisons of the Haiti, and police stations are on fire. The international airport in the capital Port-au-Prince is also attacked and remains closed. The violence began when Haiti's Prime Minister Ariel Henry travelled abroad. As he attempted to fly back to Port-au-Prince last Tuesday, he was prevented from landing by gang attacks on the airport.
