According to Cobra, we need 12,000 people to do so in order to send a coherent contact signal of pulsating Light into the energy grid of the planet and to the Pleiadians. It will effectively turn the whole planet into a Contact Dish. This will also prepare the planet for Compression Breakthrough, i.e. The Event.
